Refund Policy

At KinCreations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Returns & Refunds
   •    If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
   •    Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund
   •    Contact us at Kincreations38@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   •    Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refund Processing
   •    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
   •    Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item is defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
   •    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Kincreation38@gmail.com with a photo of the item.
   •    We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

5. Non-Returnable Items
   •    Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
